  • Europe: Standard shipping takes 7-15 business days.
  • Asia: Standard shipping takes 7-15 business days.
  • Other regions: Shipping times vary by location, typically ranging from 10-20 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: All orders are eligible for standard shipping based on order total.
    • Orders over $40 USD qualify for free standard shipping.
    • Orders under $40 USD will incur a shipping fee of $10 USD.

Expedited Shipping

  • If you need faster delivery, please select an expedited shipping option at checkout. The cost of expedited shipping is automatically calculated based on destination and package weight.

Package Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided for all orders so you can monitor your package’s progress at any time.

Duties and Taxes

  • Depending on your location, import duties or additional taxes may apply. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check your local customs policies.
  • Please be aware that duties and taxes paid upon delivery are non-refundable in the case of exchanges or returns.

Skycrafted's Policy on Items Marked as Delivered but Not Received

  • This may occur when items are shipped to workplaces. In some cases, your package might have been delivered to a mailroom or a colleague within your company, and someone else may have signed for it.
  • Please note that we do not offer refunds or replacements for items that are tracked as delivered. For this reason, we strongly recommend having your order delivered to a secure and reliable address.
